General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – AquaPulse™


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern sales made on the AquaPulse™ website, accessible at https://www.aquapulsebottle.com (hereinafter "the Site").
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2) Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the Site on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stock.

Descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations (packaging, color, presentation) may exist without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

3) Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) .

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown include VAT (if applicable), excluding delivery charges.
Any applicable delivery charges are indicated before final order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4) Order

The customer selects the desired products and confirms their order after verification.

The order is considered confirmed after:

  • acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,

  • Payment confirmation

  • receipt of an order confirmation email.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel/refuse an order in the event of:

  • existing dispute with the client,

  • suspected fraud

  • incident or refusal to pay.

5) Payment

Payment is made online via the methods offered on the Site (bank card and/or partner solutions).

Payments are secured through third-party providers. The Seller does not retain any banking information.

6) Delivery

6.1 Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the information entered (name, address, postal code, telephone).
In case of error, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

6.2 Deadlines

The delivery times displayed on the Site are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and external circumstances (customs, periods of activity, etc.).

6.3 Monitoring

When a tracking number is available, it is sent to the customer by email.

7) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

8) Legal guarantee

The customer benefits from the legal guarantees provided by law:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)

  • Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.

9) Responsibility

The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • misuse of the product

  • use not in accordance with instructions,

  • indirect damages,

  • of delivery delay attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

10) Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, videos, logo, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11) Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

12) Applicable Law – Disputes – Mediation

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

In accordance with regulations, the customer can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
